Here I go . . . again.

I'm going to try to blog . . . again. This time it's for me! My family is funny. Something happens everyday that I want to remember forever. And then the next day . . . poof . . . the memory is gone, because I. Can't. Remember. Crap. I also realized that I cook some really good shit just about every night. And then the next week comes and I am menu planning again. So this will be a great place for me to keep notes about what I cooked and how it turned out.
